Jen is based in NYC and is thrilled to be part of the Nepal Spine Foundation team, bringing her experience working with non-profits to accelerate their impact. As a volunteer through Net Impact, Jen advised non-profit clients and pro bono consulting teams as they solved complex challenges across strategy, execution, and impact measurement.
Jen has extensive experience in financial services. She was most recently a Director at a startup within Prudential Financial and a Managing Director at AllianceBernstein (AB), responsible for transformation initiatives. Prior to joining AB, Jen held progressive roles at TIAA in competitive strategy. Jen began her career as an equity research analyst at Bank of America-Merrill Lynch. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and received her MBA from Columbia Business School.
